Farmers Chicken Salad

5 c. cooked chicken, cut up
2 T. salad oil
2 T. orange juice
2 T. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
3 c. cooked rice, cooled
1 1/2 c. grapes
1 1/2 c. sliced celery
1 c. tidbit pineapple, drained
1 c. mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. almond slivers
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Mix all together; serve on croissants and keep refrigerated.
