Easy Chicken Pot Pie

1 2/3 c. frozen mixed veggies, thawed
1 c. cut-up cooked chicken
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 c. original Bisquick
1/2 c. milk
1 egg

Heat oven to 400. Mix vegetables and chicken soup in ungreased 9-inch pie plate. Stir remaining ingredients in bowl until blended. Pour into pie plate. Bake about 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
