Eggsactly

1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 T. chopped onion
1 T. butter
6 eggs, lightly beaten
1/3 c. milk
3/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 1/2 T. chopped parsley
3 oz. cream cheese, cubed

Combine eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and parsley. In large skillet, cook green pepper, onion and butter, until tender. Add egg mixture. Cook slowly at 225 degrees stirring occasionally until eggs begin to thicken. Add cream cheese. Continue cooking until cheese is melted and eggs are cooked.
