Chicken with Rice Soup

6 c. water
4 tsp. chicken bouillon
2 c. sliced carrots
2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. sliced onion
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. milk
4 cooked and sliced chicken breasts
2 c. cooked brown rice
Salt and pepper, to taste

Boil water, chicken bouillon, carrots, celery and onion until tender. Add soup, milk, chicken, rice, salt and pepper and simmer 20 minutes.
