Tomato Artichoke Heart Soup

2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans tomato soup
1 can milk
1 can water
1 can artichoke hearts, cut
1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can diced tomatoes

Simmer all ingredients and enjoy. I cook this in a crockpot on low for 3 hours or so.
