Chicken Tortilla Soup

4 chicken breasts
1 (15 oz.) can black beans, undrained
2 (15 oz.) cans diced tomatoes
1 c. salsa
1/2 tsp. garlic
2 cans chicken broth
2 T. cilantro or coriander
1 T. ground cumin
Grated cheese
Sour Cream
Guacamole

Combine chicken, beans, diced tomatoes, salsa, garlic, chicken broth, (if using frozen, precooked chicken, use only one can), cilantro (or coriander) and cumin and cook in slow cooker for 6-8 hours on low. The last hour of cooking, remove chicken and shred it. Stir back into soup. Serve soup hot and top with your choice of: tortilla chips, cheese, sour cream, guacamole.
