Christmas Breakfast Casserole

8 slices bread cubed
2 c. grated cheese
1 lb. sausage, ham, or bacon cooked
6 eggs
1 1/8 c. canned milk
1 1/8 c. regular milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 can mushrooms

Put bread in bottom of 9X13 pan. Top with cheese. Add mushrooms and meat. Beat eggs with milk and mustard. Pour over top. Refrigerate all night. Next day add 1 can cream of mushroom soup and ½ c. milk. Bake at 300 for 1 ½ hours.
