Sweet and Sour Chicken

4 chicken breasts
½ bottle Russian dressing
1 jar Apricot preserves
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix

Clean and place chicken in a baking dish. Mix dressing and soup mix in a bowl with a whisk. Place one large tablespoon of jam on top of each chicken breast. Pour dressing over. Bake uncovered @ 350 for 1 hour. Serve with rice.
