Spicy Turkey Stir Fry

1 1/4 tsp. olive oil
3 oz. uncooked turkey cutlet cut into strips (may add more meat if desired)
1/2 c. red pepper, sliced
1/2 c. green pepper, sliced
1/2 c. onion, sliced
1/2 c. carrots, sliced
(can use precut, prepackaged stir fry veggies from produce or meat dept.)
2 tsp. garlic powder (or more to taste)
1/2 tsp. chicken bouillon
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/4 c. water

Prepare vegetables and turkey. In a non-stick skillet or wok, brown turkey strips in olive oil. Add veggies; cook till tender. Add remaining ingredients mixing garlic powder, bouillon and other seasonings in the water first. Cook for 10 minutes or until done. Serve over white rice or crispy chow mein noodles.
