Porcupine Meatballs

2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. white rice, raw
Salt
Pepper
1/4 - 1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 qt. stewed tomoatoes

Form ground beef, rice, salt, pepper and onions into 1 1/2-inch meatballs. Place in casserole dish. Pour tomatoes over meatballs. Bake in covered casserole dish at 350 for 1 hour. Eat over baked potatoes.
