3/4 c. creamy peanut butter
1/4 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 lg. eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. coarsely chopped peanuts
1 c. milk chocolate chips
Frosting:
1 c. confectioner's sugar
2 T. chocolate syrup
2 tsp. milk
Mix all ingredients together until smooth.
Preheat oven to 350. Cream butter, peanut butter, and sugars. Beat in eggs. Mix in baking powder and flour. Divide dough in half. Spread first half into the bottom of a lightly buttered 8-inch cake pan. Sprinkle marshmallows, peanuts, and chocolate chips over dough. Top with second half of dough. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until top is lightly browned. Frost while still warm. Cool completely in pan and cut into bars. Makes 16.
