Great Oven Fried Chicken

In a bag:
1 c. corn flake crumbs
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. ground thyme
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. Red pepper

6 chicken breast halves boned and skinned. Brush chicken with buttermilk (takes about 1/4 c. for 6 breasts). Shake breasts in bag. Bake 45 minutes at 400 on broiler pan sprayed with Pam.

Variation: Substitute season salt for ground thyme. Instead of buttermilk spread real mayonnaise on each breast and roll in crumb mixture in a shallow dish to coat. Bake at 350 for one hour.
