Creamy Caramel Fruit Dip

8 oz. reduced-fat cream cheese
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. reduced-fat sour cream
1 c. 2% milk
1 (4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tsp. lemon juice
Assorted fruit

Combine the cream cheese and brown sugar in a medium mixer bowl. Beat at medium speed until creamy. Add the sour cream, 2% milk, pudding mix, vanilla and lemon juice, beating well after each addition. Chill, covered, until serving time. Serve with assorted fruit.
