Chicken Salad

2 c. diced cooked chicken
2 T. Italian salad dressing
4 T. slivered almonds, toasted
1/2 c. chopped celery
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. chopped seedless red grapes

Mix chicken and dressing. Chill 1 hour. Add celery, almonds and grapes. Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice and a dash of sat and pepper. Toss mayonnaise mixture with chicken mixture. Chill. Serve in cream puffs.
