Chicken and Broccoli

4 chicken breasts, boneless
1 lb. broccoli florettes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 T. lemon juice
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
Salt and pepper to taste
Milk to thin, to taste
Cooked rice

In 9 X 13-inch pan, place broccoli, then add chicken on top. Sprinkle with slat and pepper. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, soup, lemon juice and cheese and mix well. (You can add some milk to thin mixture, if needed.) Pour over chicken. Bake at 375 for 1 to 1 1/4 hours. This good served over cooked rice.
