Vegi-Corn Salsa

1 (16oz) pkg. Frozen Corn
2 medium Tomatoes
2 sm. cans Black Olives, sliced
1 bunch Green Onions, chopped
5 Garlic Cloves, chopped (optional)
1/3 c. Olive Oil
3 T. Cider Vinegar
1 tsp. Leaf Oregano
1/4 c. Lemon Juice, fresh
1/4 c. Lime Juice, fresh
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1/4 tsp. Salt
3 medium Avocados, diced

In a small bowl mix seasonings and garlic together, set aside. In a large bowl combine corn, onions, and olives. Pour seasoning mixture over corn, stir and set aside to marinate. Before serving, add avocado and tomatoes. Serve with corn chips.
