Cranberry Tea

1 qt. Fresh Cranberries (3 cups)
2 qts. Water
3 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup red hots
12 whole cloves
Small portion of Cinnamon Stick
3 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate
3 oz. frozen lemonade concentrate

Cook 1 qt of fresh cranberries, 1 qt water, and sugar until berries burst. Drain, reserving the liquid.

Add 1 qt water, red hots, cloves, and cinnamon stick. Cook without boiling until red hots dissolve. Then mix in 3 ounce frozen orange juice and 3 ounce lemonade juice concentrate. This makes a concentrate that can be used immediately, stored in fridge for later use or frozen several months.

When ready to serve, add twice as much water as concentrate. For example, one cup concentrate to two cups water. Heat to serving temperature.
