Poppy Seed Bread or Muffins

First mixture is liquid, use beater to blend:
2 1/4 cup sugar
1 1/8 cup oil
1 1/2 cups milk
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 1/2 tsp. butter flavoring

Second mixture--dry ingredients:
3 cups flour 1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Add the dry ingredients to the first mixture. Next add: 1-2 tsp. poppy seeds. Pour into muffin tins, 3/4 full. This will make 12 muffins of 1 loaf of bread. Spray muffin tins with PAM or line with paper liners. Bake @ 350 for 25 minutes.
