Famous Orange Rolls

Dissolve 2 yeast cakes in 1/4 c. water.
Whip 3 eggs in a big bowl, scant 1/3 c. sugar, 2 tsp. salt and 13 oz. evaporated milk.
Add 1 c. scalded milk, 1/2 c. butter, and yeast.
Add 6-7 c. flour.
Turn out on floured board, knead for 10 minutes.
Let rest 15 minutes.
Stretch into 1 1/2 ”X7” strips.
Spread with melted butter, 3/4 c. sugar and 2 rinds of orange peel mixture. Put into muffin tins.
Let rise about 2 hours or until double in size.
Bake at 400° for 10-12 minutes.
