Cheese Vegetable Soup

3/4 c. butter
16 oz. Cheesewiz
1 head cauliflower
4-5 small carrots - slice
4-5 celery stalks - sliced
4-5 cubes chicken bouillon in 1 qt. hot water
10 oz. Frozen peas
1 onion, chopped
1/2-3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. water

Steam vegetables (either in steamer, or covered in water). Soften cheesewhiz in microwave. Melt butter in a saucepan and add flour. Add water, cheesewiz and veggies. Simmer for 1/2 hour.
