Apple Crisp


10 cups apples, peeled and thinly sliced
1 c. brown sugar
1 TBS. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. water

Topping:
2 c. quick oats
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. pecans

Preheat oven to 350. Place the sliced apples in a 9X13 pan. Mix the sugar, flour, and ground cinnamon together, and sprinkle over apples. Pour water evenly over all.

For the topping, combine the oats, flour, nuts, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda and melted butter together. Crumble evenly over the apple mixture.

Bake for 45-60 minutes or until top is crispy.

Serve warm with ice cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce.
