7 Layer Dip
2 cans refried beans
half a jar Taco sauce
Mix together and spread on large platter, or in a 9X13 baking pan.
Juice from 1 lemon
2 tsp. Mayonnaise
Blend in a blender. OR use your favorite guacamole recipe. Spread over bean mixture to within 1/2 inch of edge.
1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
2-4 TBS. taco seasoning
Mix well and spread over avocado layer, spreading to within 1/2 inch of edge.
4th - 7th Layer:
2-3 chopped tomatoes
1 large can sliced olives
3-4 green onions, sliced
2-3 cups grated cheese (flavor of your choice)
Chill dip until ready to serve. Serve with tortilla chips......there won't be any left over!
