Rolo Cookies

2 1/4 c. flour
3/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

1 c. chopped pecans, divided
48 Rolo's candies
1 T. sugar
4 oz. white chocolate baking squares

Cream sugars and butter, add vanilla and eggs, mix well. Sift together flour, cocoa, and baking soda. Mix well. Stir in 1/2 cup chopped pecans. Shape dough around a Rolo to form a ball. Mix remainder of pecans with 1 tablespoon of sugar. Dip tops of cookie ball in pecan sugar mixture and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 7 to 10 minutes. When cookies have cooled, melt white chocolate and drizzle on top.
