Pizza Casserole

8-oz. pkg. macaroni (cooked and drained)
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 onion chopped
1 large can tomato sauce
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
12-oz. chopped mozzarella cheese
1 pkg. sliced pepperoni

Cook macaroni. Brown beef and onion (drain). Add tomato sauce, water, and spices to macaroni. In greased Dutch oven, put a layer of beef/macaroni mixture, cover with cheese, repeat. Put on pepperoni. Sprinkle with last of cheese. Bake at 375 for 15 to 20 minutes to melt cheese.
