Faux Vinetta Cake

1 pkg. (12) ice cream bars
1 (9 oz.) tub Cool Whip
Skor toffee bars, crushed
1 bottle ice cream crackle syrup

Place bars in 9 x 13-inch pan. Spread Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle Skor bars on top. Freeze for 6 hours. Squirt crackle syrup on top. Serve.
