Cream Cheese Mints

1 lb. box of powdered sugar (about 3 cups)
3 oz. softened cream cheese
Candy flavoring
Food coloring

Mix sugar and cream cheese. Add flavor and color as desired. Knead until dough is smooth and consistency of pie crust dough. Roll into balls, dip in granulated sugar, press into candy mold. Unmold and let set. Store in air tight container.
