2 c. carrots
2 c. water
1 1/2 c. chopped cooked chicken
10 3/4 oz. can chicken broth
10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 c. chopped onion
Mix together and add to pot, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. ground oat flour
2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. cubed Swiss cheese
Add a few cubes at a time till all are melted.
