Veggie Wrap

Four 8-oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 TBS. garlic salt
3/4 cup Ranch dressing
1 TBS. Italian seasoning
8 carrots, finely chopped
3 bunches broccoli, finely chopped
3 bunches green onions, finely chopped
2 cans olives, finely chopped
5 cucumbers, finely chopped
1 bag spinach, finely choppeds

Mix softened cream cheese with garlic salt, ranch dressing, and Italian seasoning. Spread mixture over entire surface of tortilla. Sprinkle with veggies and roll-up, tucking in sides. Makes about 20 wraps.
