2 T. olive oil
1 tsp. Paprika
3/4 tsp. Chili powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Ground red pepper
1/8 tsp. Pepper
Add: 6 ½ cups potatoes, diced
Stir well to coat—Place in a single layer on cookie sheet that has been sprayed with PAM. Bake @ 400 for 30 minutes or until browned. Serves 5-6 people.
