Southwestern Cheesecake

16 oz. softened cream cheese
2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 c. sour cream, divided
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
3 eggs (room temperature)
1 can diced green chilies
2/3 c. salsa
Tortilla chips

Combine cheeses, beat until fluffy. Stir in 1 cup sour cream and taco seasoning. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Fold in green chilies. Pour into spring form pan (9-10 inches).
Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes, or until center is firm. Remove from oven, spoon on remaining sour cream. Return to oven, bake an additional 5 minutes. Cool completely on wire rack. Refrigerate covered overnight. Remove from pan in morning - place on serving plate. Top with salsa, serve with chips.
