Shish Kabobs

Marinade:
1 ½ c. vegetable oil
¾ c. soy sauce
½ c. lemon juice
¼ c. Worcestershire sauce
2 TBS. dry mustard
2 ½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Kabobs:
1 ½ lbs. top sirloin, cut in chunks, or long strips
8-16 whole mushrooms
8-16 pineapple chunks
2 green peppers
1-2 purple onions
8 cherry tomatoes

To make marinade, mix ingredients in blender on high speed. Pour over cut-up beef and refrigerate 6 or more hours.

Remove beef from marinade, reserving marinade for brushing. Thread 18 skewers with beef and vegetables as desired. Leave a little space between foods, so meat will cook through. Place on grill - cover and grill for 4-7 minutes per side, turning and brushing 2-3 times. Cook cherry tomatoes last, so they don’t become overdone.
