1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 can tomato sauce
1 c. water
5 c. curly egg noodles, cooked and drained
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 pkg. (1.5oz) Italian-style Spaghetti Sauce mix
In a large skillet, brown ground beef and onion. Drain. Add tomato sauce, sauce mix, and water. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in egg noodles. Top with cheese. Cover and cook on low for 5 minutes until cheese melts.
