Nameless Chicken Recipe

4 chicken breasts
2 T. lemon juice
2 tsp. Grated lemon peel
½ cup butter
4 tsp. sugar
1 cup cream

Skin and debone raw chicken. Brown in butter. When browned remove from butter. Add the butter to the remaining ingredients. Stir together.
Return chicken to sauce and simmer until warmed through—do not boil. Garnish with thinly sliced lemon, slivered almonds and parsley. Serve with rice.
