9 c. Chex cereal (rice or corn)
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ c. peanut butter
¼ c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 ½ c. powdered sugar
Pour cereal in a large bowl. In another bowl melt chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter in microwave for 2-3 minutes, stirring after each minute, until smooth. Add vanilla. Pour chocolate mixture over cereal and coat well. Pour cereal mixture in a large ziploc bag and pour powdered sugar over - shake until well coated.
