Hot Cheese Dip

8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
8 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 ½ oz. jar dried chip beef, torn in pieces
½ c. minced onion
½ c. chopped parsley
8 oz. sour cream

Mix everything together with a hand mixer. Place in a hollowed out sheepherder’s loaf, place lid back on and wrap tightly in foil. Bake @ 350 for 1 ½ hours.
