Frosted Brownies

½ c. butter, softened
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. flour
¾ c. cocoa
½ t. salt
1 t. vanilla
1 c. nuts

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each one. Combine flour, cocoa, and salt - add to creamed mixture. Stir in vanilla and nuts. Bake at 325 for 25-30 minutes in 2 - 9X13 pans.

Frosting:
1/4 c. butter, softened
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 T. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
2 t. vanilla

Cream butter. Combine sugar and cocoa; add to butter. Add milk and vanilla - beat until fluffy.
