Easy White/Cheese Sauce

1 c. milk
2 TBS. flour
1 c. cheese, shredded

Whip milk and flour together. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, whip. Microwave for an additional 2 minutes and whip. Add the cheese and stir until melted.
