6-8 cans diced tomatoes (soup can size)
1 bunch fresh cilantro
1 medium yellow onion
1 heaping TBS. canned diced jalapenos
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. mild chili powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 TBS. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
In a blender, puree 2 cans diced tomatoes, 1/2 the onion and ALL other ingredients. It will most likely turn very green. Pour into a container. Put 2 more cans of tomatoes and other half of onion in a blender and chop (depending on the consistency you want). Add to container. The last two cans can just be chopped for a second to make it chunky. Refrigerate overnight; salt and pepper to taste after it has sat for a few hours.
