1 head lettuce, shredded, or chopped
1/3 pkg. won tons
2 or more chicken breasts
2 avocados, sliced
6 green onions, chopped
20 oz. can pineapple chunks
6-7 mushrooms, sliced
almonds or cashews
Dressing:
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. minced onion
2/3 c. oil
3/4 c. sugar
sesame seeds
Cook chicken and tear into small pieces. Fry won tons in oil until crispy and break into medium pieces. Mix everything together and just before serving mix with dressing. For dressing blend all but sesame seeds.
