Chicken Manicotti

2 TBS. olive oil
1 TBS. garlic powder
1 1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
10 uncooked manicotti shells
1 jar spaghetti sauce, divided
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2/3 cup water

Cut up chicken into small squares and brown in olive oil and garlic powder. Spread 1 cup spaghetti sauce in 9X13 pan. Stuff chicken into uncooked manicotti shells and place on top of spaghetti sauce. Top shells with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with cheese. Pour water around the edges of the dish. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until pasta is tender. Let cool before serving.

*NOTE: Can also add cottage cheese, frozen spinach, oregano, and one egg to the chicken then stuff that mixture in the shells. For the spinach use frozen boxed spinach, thaw it and then put it into a kitchen towel and ring it really good to get the moisture out of it.
