4 cups cooked rice
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 cup chicken cubes
1 bunch broccoli
Cook rice and spoon into greased casserole dish.
Mix Cream of Chicken soup with enough milk to make it fairly liquid. Pour about half the mixture over rice until it runs through to the bottom. Top the mixture with chicken cubes. Salt and pepper to taste.
Lightly steam the broccoli and set on top of chicken and rice. Place in an attractive pattern. Grate cheddar cheese and lightly sprinkle over chicken. Add the rest of the Cream of Chicken soup mixture. Add the rest of the cheese. Bake at 350o for about 45 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
