Breakfast Casserole

Cubed hash browns
Ground sausage (or ham)
Shredded cheese
6 eggs
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk

Line a 9x13 pan with frozen hash browns, enough to cover the bottom completely. Cook sausage, put on top of hash browns, cover with desired amount of cheese.

In a bowl combine eggs, soup and milk; pour over the top and bake.

Bake @ 350 for about an hour, checking the middle.
